Maritime Terms of Service

All business conducted with GrandLine Freight (GO GO AUTOMATIC COMPANY LIMITED) is governed by standard international maritime shipping principles and the conditions of our House Bill of Lading (HBL).

1. Liner Bookings & Space Protection

Vessel transit schedules, sailing frequencies, and estimated arrival dates are subject to carrier blank sailings, port congestion, and force majeure weather events. Binding freight agreements require written Shipping Orders (SO) issued by GO GO AUTOMATIC COMPANY LIMITED.

2. Shipper Cargo Declarations & SOLAS VGM

Shippers are legally responsible for the accuracy of cargo descriptions, hazardous materials declarations (IMDG Code), and Verified Gross Mass (VGM) certificates per IMO SOLAS requirements.

3. Demurrage, Detention & Terminal Storage

Free time periods begin on the day of container discharge. Detention and demurrage accrued beyond negotiated free time will be billed per carrier published tariffs.
